We’ve been back to our Thursday Open Mic for a few weeks, and we will keep them going forward. Elizabeth and Cody have been helping with some amazing food offerings.

Friday 11/3 Chef Cody from Della Terra will be doing a pop-up Chef event; an all inclusive evening hosted by the Pelican. Pre-order tickets are available online now, while they last.
Starting Friday 11/10 we will be starting a regular FRIDAY DINNER service 5-9 pm with a weekly fresh sheet menu of italian inspired cuisine, including specialties from Elizabeth and I. Chef Cody will takeover the kitchen and I will be your hostess with the mostess. We’ll be a new stop for your Friday evenings in Historic Downtown Snohomish!
I’ll Have What She’s Having at The Hungry Pelican is taking custom orders… text her for your party or sweet craving! Of course, we are offering her sweet treats during our open hours too. She is also starting back her seasonal savory specialty POT PIES. They will be available most Thursdays and can be ordered ahead to make sure you get one. We can pack them up to grab and go for a great family dinner at home too.
The truth is, right now, I am not able to wrap my head (or hand) around the shops full menu; the management and implementation it takes is more than I can process. It is a weird feeling to take something that usually comes as natural as brushing your teeth and realize you can’t figure out how to do it anymore. So I’m starting slow, pacing myself back in to the mindset of running a kitchen… and my own life.
I may not return to my full menu; but I will continue to expand offerings and make sure I can find ways to provide those specialties you keep asking me about! Thank you for your support and patience and understanding and hunger for my tasty treats.
